Creating high quality 3D imagery and animated content for games trailer, television commercials and feature films
Spearhead and drive 3D concepts with the rest of our team through good communication, planning, concepts/sketches, etc.
Complete high quality work, on time and to specification along with the Production team
Provide break-down and bid potential projects along with Production Manager
Attending client meetings from initial pitches and concepts, through to project completion
Nurturing junior talent within the 3D department including helping with technical and creative problems and passing on knowledge when necessary
Working closely with CTO to design and implement the technical, artistic pipeline and workflow of a production
Designing and possibly implementing tools used in production
Training the crew and making sure the tools required for the project are up to the task
Assisting and supervising the artists in achieving the artistic goals of the production

Excellent ability for communication and working with teams
Understanding and capability of working with client requirements
Ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback
Fluency in written and spoken English
At least 5 years' experience in the production of high-end 3D VFX for advertising
Knowledge of advanced 3D modeling, rendering, animation, texturing, lighting, shading, effects and rigging
Expert level Maya and/or Houdini
Advanced rendering skills with a clean, modern aesthetics (Arnold/Mental Ray)
Familiarity with pipeline issues and a typical animation environment
Expertise in general compositing principles (Nuke)
Strong aesthetic sensibility, good use of colour, clean typography, etc.
A knack for visual exploration of abstract concepts
Very creative and design oriented
Self-motivated problem solver
