Puppetworks joined forces again with Fatshark to make this pulse-pounding cinematic trailer for the Arbites Class DLC of Warhammer 40K: Darktide.

First aired in Games Workshop’s annual Skulls 2025 event, the trailer shows the ruthlessness with which the Adeptus Arbites enforce the Lex Imperialis - the Imperial Law.

Utterly unforgiving, they persecute heretics and traitors throughout the Emperor’s realm. As an Arbitrator, you are a warrior of the Emperor’s justice, prosecuting crimes against the Imperium with disciplined zeal.

In this project, Puppetworks was tasked with blending the whimsical roots of a classic tale with the gritty, battle-worn atmosphere of the RAID universe. Our focus was on high-end character animation and cinematic lighting, ensuring that Alice’s transition into Teleria felt both authentic and visually breathtaking.

It’s been an incredible experience to partner with Plarium once again—marking our third project together—and we love how our creative synergy continues. This time, we worked on a very tight schedule, and it was a real team effort to bring another glimpse of the RAID universe to life. We’re proud to be part of this new journey.

This trailer is a special tribute to War Thunder's anniversary, and we poured our hearts into creating a dynamic and immersive experience that truly captures the essence of the game.

In "Dancing on the Edge," we aimed to convey the intensity and excitement of War Thunder's gameplay through a compelling narrative. We follow the same player throughout different eras and different vehicles, engaging in matches always dancing on the edge. The stunning visuals, combined with a powerful song, creates an engaging and emotional journey for viewers. Collaborating closely with Gaijin Entertainment, we strived to produce a visually striking and memorable piece that resonates with both new and longtime fans of War Thunder.

Puppetworks worked with Tencent TiMi to create the global launch trailer for Age of Empires Mobile, the mobile version of the acclaimed Age of Empires PC game. The objective was to create an immersive cinematic to introduce players to the game and all its mechanics. Hidden within this video are 8 secret treasures from the Age of Empires universe. Can you crack the code?

In the trailer we watch as skilled craftsmen build homes, blacksmiths hammer steel, farmers gather harvests, brave soldiers guard the walls, and epic battles rage.

We are happy to have worked with Tencent TiMi, and are quite proud of the result. With more than 2 million views on YouTube, it seems the fans like it as well!

Puppetworks worked with Tencent TiMi Group to create the cinematic trailer for Delta Force: Hawk Ops (alpha test), a free-to-play multiplayer first-person tactical shooter developed by TiMi Studio and Team Jade. Working with director Richard Payne, our goal with this trailer was to introduce the planning and tactics aspect of the game but also to give players a taste of the action the game will offer.

In the trailer, we are brought into the world of Delta Force with a display of realistic, action-packed fighting shots interwoven with the use of skills and tactics in the game. Over it all, we are brought into the storyline with foreboding narration laying out the conflict that is on the horizon.

We are happy to have worked on the project and are quite proud of the result. And based on viewer reactions, it seems the fans like it as well!

Puppetworks collaborated with Psyop, Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts to make the amazing cinematic Apex Legends: Altered Horizons which showcases the latest character in the Apex Legends universe: Alter. In the sequence, we put the focus on action so we could show the awesome playstyle Alter brings to the game.

The story develops with Horizon attempting to return to the past, while Alter’s arrival brings more questions than answers. How does she know Dr. Somers? And why is she so keen to help her go home?

Working with directors Jack Anderson and Liam Griffin, the aim was to create a crescendo of tension through exposition at first while then transitioning into an an action sequence. Throughout, we highlight the skills and abilites of Alter to give players an idea of what Alter is all about. We are happy with the results and judging by the over 1 million views in the first week, the fans are too.
